BRT Hartner’s latest dewiring solution has been redeveloped and upgraded over the past few years and now provides our customers with a viable solution for automatically dewiring bales without risk of personal injury
Whether it be bales of pressed mixed plastics, foils, PET bottles or paper, BRT Hartner’s latest dewiring solution ensures all bales can be processed safely and effectively, thus assisting with occupational health and HSE requirements associated with modern processing facilities.
Removed wires are coiled and discharged to a customer supplied container, whilst the entire bale contents are then transported to downstream processing and sorting. To assist further BRT Hartner can provide several solutions for the storage and dosing of de-wired/de-baled materials in form of Bale Breakers, Feed & Metering Hoppers and Hybrid Bag Openers.
